Sessions are 60 minutes in length and may be conducted in-person or online. 

I also offer a free 15-minute initial phone consult to see if we will be a good fit.

• $145 plus GST  / 60-minute Individual Counselling Session
• $217.35 plus GST  / 90-minute Individual Counselling Session 

Extended Health - BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) does not cover registered clinical counselling fees. Registered Clinical Counsellors are covered under most insurance plans. Please check with your extended health plan directly.

Payments - Can be made by e-transfer or credit card. A receipt will be provided with my BCACC registration number upon payment. 

Cancellation Policy - 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or an appointment is missed, you may be charged the full amount of a session. Exceptions may be made in the case of illness or emergency.
